These sites are obviously the better choice if you don’t have the money; just be aware that the quality of the ring tones you receive may change depending on where you downloaded it from.
To download a ring tone, go to a site that offers them. You will probably be prompted to pick your cell phone carrier, if necessary. Then you just have to input your cell phone number and your PIN, choose your tone, and confirm your choice! Voila! A new ring tone! It couldn’t possibly get easier than that.
